Just dumped dads deville for a midsize Subaru Lagacy for all of the same reasons and he is so glad he did. Fold down rear seat for his clubs, AWD, mom still fits. He could have had an Infiniti G25x(too sporty, worse visibility but xexnonx, back up camera, p button start) for 50 more on the lease but loves the ease of the Subaru.

I dont know why anyone would keep any car that does not meet their needs.
Based on what you posted, you dont drive it much, so if I were you I'd sell it. If you need to have a car, buy a smaller one thats easier for you to drive and park.
I'd keep the LS until you were certain you liked the smaller car more, because you'd hate to sell the LS and regret it.
