It also wont last any longer this way, itll last the same amount of time only it will be wasting away in a location where you cant smell it.

When my airwick and glade plug-ins run low in the house, I just pull the little fresherner out the bottle and put it in the rear ac filter works good for me and doesn't cost a cent.

Sounds like that is an extremely good idea for placement of an air freshner. You could also put on in the front cabin A/C filter. Out of sight, out of mind, and working efficiently. Why did no one think of this before? Thanks for the suggestion.

Good Gawd that is an awesome idea. I have tried every single air freshener on the market and am always looking for a new one for all of my cars as every one on the market is lacking in some regard. This is the greatest idea Ive seen, ever, for this question. Bravo!!!!

Febreeze "Winter magic and Glow" It's some sort of limited edition that comes around during the holidays. It is amazing! it's subtle and masculine smelling and just makes the car smell right. If you can find it, you will probably love it.

I've always heard good things about those air fresheners they sell on Luxurymods' website. The squash one is supposed to be really good.

I just read where someone put a scented dryer sheet ( like Snuggle) on top of their cabin air filter. Is there any harm or damage that could come from this? Like does it restrict airflow, causing the blower motor to overwork or something? If not, I may have to give that a try.

Just do what used car dealers have been doing for centuries (I heard they even did this to Fred Flintstone ). Drop a dryer sheet under each front seat. Easy to do, easy to replace, out of sight out of mind, no fuss no muss. They work best there as well as they get the whole car.

Squash scent FTW!

I have tried many different brands...they all seem to smell about the same and last about the same time. Can't go wrong!
