Default Help deciphering the AutoCheck report

This is not an easy job, finding what you want (or think you want) at the price you want

I keep looking wherever I can and keep finding more and more people trying to scam you.
So I am trying to be as careful as I possibly can without passing an opportunity.
Found this 2 owner car that has full set of records according to lexus.com, but those records can be edited by the owner (and contain a worrisome statement "BODY"), or whoever wants to claim to be an owner at the moment, so that's not a 100% comforting compare to a stack of records. The AutoCheck has some weird stuff I have never seeing before (although according to them the vehicle checks out) like no odometer reading at all for the first 120+ k mi. The car was titled twice, first time in 04 when it was manufactured/delivered and in 2011 with that 120+k. Then, within two weeks of registration it has the following statement from the DMV :
REGISTRATION EVENT/RENEWAL
EXCLUDED/EXEMPT

twice with about a week apart. It was registered in Utah if that matters.

Thanks for all your help.
