Messed up LED Tail Lights !! Anyone know how to open them?
Long story short: I purchased some LED tail lights from a forum-recommended seller and started having problems with them just days before the warranty period ended. Thinking I had enough time, I screwed up and waited. I ended up emailing these dudes 2 days after the warranty ended. At this point, 1 row of LEDs on one side were out. They never responded.
I had quite a bit going on at my job so I forgot about it until recently when I noticed that there are now THREE rows out and a row flickering on the other side.
I took off the light that had the most problems and water POURED out of the light. I know I installed these lights correctly: there are only 3 bolts to tighten and the seals that they provide are fool-proof. So:
1. I'm pretty pissed off that something I paid about $300 for LEAKED and that's why they are failing.
2. I have no idea how to disassemble these lights. I removed six screws but it looks like part of the plastic is heat-sealed together. If I could just get to the electronics, I could probably fix them but it looks like these suckers are built to NOT be disassembled.
Any help would be much appreciated- and I'm curious if anyone else has had this issue.

Usually to "heat the glue" on lights you put them in an oven at about 200 degrees. Let them heat for like 10-15 minutes and then the glue should be loose and you can pull them apart. This in theory should work, but I'm unsure how the lights you have are fabricated/manufactured. I'd contact the people who sold them to you and see if they'll make it right though first before performing surgery. Hope this helps bro
