Default OEM 17's

Hello, just was handed down my mom's 03' LS430 with 276k still running strong last week. Just wonder what other OEM 17's will fit without any spacers/adapters?

Went to the non-sport springs + OEM 5 spoke 17's - much better now.

I would also suggest to use 235/55/17 vs 225/55 OEM. The ride will probably be very comparable to OEM 16's.
And much better in looks.
Did you go this route with your 17's? I have OEM 17's that were just rechromed but are due for tires soon. Part of me wants to try the 16's to get the smoothest ride possible but it's like a 2k investment for a whole chrome wheel set and new tires.

Has anyone gone from 225/55/17 to 235/55/17? I guess the car would ride about .2" higher due to the increased sidewall and have a slight speedometer error - about 1mph faster at 60mph. I wonder if the tire noise would be more noticeable being on a bit wider rubber.

OEM 16's though would still offer more sidewall, 225/60/16 gives you 135mm vs 235/55/17 at 129.25mm, but at that point it's pretty close.

i don't think the GS-F wheels will need spacers from what i have been reading. i just picked up a set. getting the tires mounted & may have them on this week.

i found out the used car lot that had my car had installed later model (not sure of the year) GS wheels. they were 17's & they fit no problem. after she got into a crash, i had to find wheels to put on to keep it moving. bought the other 17's that a guy said was on his camry. they cleared no problem either. i ended up buying another set of 17" GS wheels. but haven't put them on yet. but came across a deal for GS-F wheels. so i'm going that route instead.

Those wheels are from a 2006 gs300 and 2007 gs350 I believe and I gotta say they look pretty dang nice on the car, a good cheap option

Infinity Q50 Winter wheels. Small spacer in the front but that is it. I kind of like them.

2008 OEM ISF wheels. Been a week, so far I have mixed reviews.

What size spacers? Any specific brand you recommend?

There are multiple posts on spacers, sizes. I've included some of the specific recommendations and from what I recall the suggestion is 15mm front, 20 or 25mm rear.
