The doc attached to nearly the last post in the thread "how to tell if you have the UL option" (or something like that) has pictures of all the features that will help you identify a UL car.

Not all UL cars have the Dynamic Radar Cruise COntrol (DRCC), only those with the Pre-Collision System.
The rest (without PCS) have Dynamic Laser Cruise Control (DLCC).

Price flexibility
It looks to have been CPO'd in November, so I guess there should be some motivation from the dealer. How much lower would be reasonable to expect?
