A check today on AutoTrader reveals 29 LS 430's within 50 miles of Los Angeles International
Airport. Several '06's with low mileage.

I know people are always saying they can't find these cars. Is this unique to Southern California?

Makes me want to go out and check out a couple even though I've got an 06 Custom Luxury.

The scarcity of the LS definitely varies based on local income levels. Last year we drove from DFW area to Grand Canyon and back and saw only 3 LS430s in almost 2,000 miles over 7 days of driving (two of them were in Sedona) . Back in my area of DFW I can see 3-4 LS430s in a 3 mile drive to my local Costco and back.

in forest hills NYC, these LS430's are a dime a dozen! i see them on almost every street corner, like camry's...

The dc area is sorta like that now too. I guess the 430 is having a late bloom!

I moved to Rotterdam, The Netherlands in Europe about 7months ago, and brought my 04' LS430. I must say out here I've only seen 2 others in my time here with maybe a total of 4 LS460's too. Whats ironic is there is even a Lexus Dealership here in town.

Prior to the move I was in SoCal 20+ years and the LS there is plentiful and nice to see on the road.

I see numerous LS 430's driving to work every day!

4 LS460's is a lot! In The Netherlands you won't see many Lexus, let along LS. That makes it even more exclusive, which I like!

I see a few LS430's for sale in my area. The older 01-03's are really common on the streets out here. It seems that everyone has an LS, but won't sell it.

AFAIK, there is only ONE LS UL for sale in the whole country!
