I'M PLANNING A TRIP TO JAPAN, AND SINCE I'LL BE THERE I WANT TO GET SOME RETROFITTED HEADLIGHTS DONE FOR MY 02' LS430. i'M BUYING THE HEADLIGHTS THERE USED IF I CAN FIND. AND HAVE IT CUSTOM RETROFITTED AND I'LL CARRY IT BACK TO U.S.
BUT WILL THEY STRAIGHT FIT AND WORK WITHOUT ANY SPECIAL MODS FOR WIRING.

DOES ANY ONE KNOW?? ABOUT THIS.????

My suggestion is to look at how yours hooks up and make sure the ones you are buying do the same. If no see if they sell something additional if needed. If you find something for an 04-06 at a good price hook me up, lol... but there shouldn't be much of a difference between US and overseas models, no need to re-invent the wheel.

 

I have bought a set of US market headlights for my '01 LS430. I wanted the position lights like US cars.

I notice that there is no difference between the two sets.

The only diffence from us and japan headlights 01-03 models is we have yellow markers on bottom sides and they have clear markers if I'm correct.
