I just purchased a Lexus LS430 2001.
There is a thin piece of metallic , chromed, trim on the front and rear bumpers.
The rear one is bulged up in one spot.
Are these glued on or are there clips?
If glued, I can pull it loose from the end and then re-glue it back.
Thank you for any help.
John

Welcome. IIRC, my bodyshop owner said they were glued, but he seldom reused them because they tend not to look right when peeled off and then re-glued. It wasn't that much for him to order new ones and install them when I had the bumper covers refinished.

I believe that chrome trim is about $75 and has both pin retainers and double sided adhesive that hold them in place. It's probably well worth replacing if how it looks is important to you.
