Actually, My car is a 2002, as if there is any difference. ( my mistake)
Yeah, I'll probably get the timing belt done real soon, before any trips.
I use an independent shop owned by a certified Toyota tech. He quoted me $560 before I bought the car, so I sort of had this planned anyway.

I have an 02 with 130,000 on it and just drove 15 hours straight from Florida to the Chicago area and it was very comfortable. I think I would have had more trouble sitting in my recliner for 15 hours.
