Of course my A/C gives it up while on vacation. Local toyota shop says its a air temperature sensor. The compressor will not come on. Anyone ever hear of this sensor and where is it? Itcost 98 for the part alone. Thanks on advance.

I think the air intake is on the passenger side left but I'm not sure that's where the sensor is located.

There are 2 sensors in the front dash. One in each side vent. Not the easiest to get to but its doable.
