Good luck with the S500 which arguably many uf us would prefer to own. The anxiety over possible and realife repairs deters us. They drop in price rather favorably especially out of warrantee.

I was going to get an S600, but those crazy repair bills made choose the LS instead. They sure are nice cars if you have the money to maintain one.

I'm only 23 I just sold my evo for my ls430 and while I can say the ls is a way better car as far as comfort goes I miss the shifting and speed as well as handling in the evo. Honest answer how grown are you in your mind are your tired of cars beating you up are you tired of the **** that comes with a nice sportscar like cops and wannabee racers. I hop in my ls and its empowering knowing your off the radar you blend in so well when its stock you stand out so much when its modded this car is smooth as hell and ill never give that up its also stupid quit which I wasn't used to but am loving now. It's all a preference the car will last if u take care of it but that's any car you just have to know what you want from your car fun and fast or cool and smooth this ls is no slouch but its not my 480hp evo its a give and take hands down only time I miss my evo is when I get a wild side but that's why I'm buying a fd3s soon!

haha you guys are awesome.

Yeah, I definitely am NOT looking forward to the e46 maintenance although i LOVE how it drives...

I can't really remember in depth how the car was handling (ls430) back then cause I was a youngin when my pops drove it haha.

I definitely am looking forward to the reliability and am probably going to do some cosmetic work on it I guess.

not too knowledgeable but hoping to learn definitely.

I just don't know where to start haha

I will be selling the 330i to purchase the LS430, so unfortunately I don't have the luxury (lol) of keeping both!

I miss my Evo too, but my wife said I had to "grow up," lol. I guess by my 3rd kid you'd think I would be "grown." I didn't drive fast with the kids in the car unless I got a "Dad smoke them," lol. I like my LS but the Evo was just power on demand with almost 600whp (584 to be exact, haha). I feel that when I get my LS the way I want it it'll suit me just fine (rims, kitted, bagged). I have a little civic I can beat up, so I still have a toy. But getting into a LS is a change at first but in the long run it's better...

As someone said, you're going to be more isolated from the sound and feeling of the road but it will definitely feel overall more comfortable. 5.9 seconds to 60 the definitly a fast car no doubt it's just so smooth it doesn't feel fast. because of the herky jerky feel of the other cars it makes it seem like they are fast and handle well.
