Hi, im just worried, yesterday i notice that my left front wing was kinda warm after 10 min of driving, i came home, opened the bonnet and i felt that this plastic which is covering resister is hotter than engine plastic, nothing is melting but its so hot that you cant keep your hand on plastic for 10 sec. i dont know for sure how long i have this problemm (if it is a problemm at all), i dont have anybody with similar car to check is it the same on another, so please give me an advice

I have a Mazdaspeed MX-5 in which virtually everything under the hood gets too hot to touch. I have owned it for over 8 years with no problems. It's amazing that modern plastics can take such heat.
It's probably nothing to worry about. I'd ask a Lexus tech.
