Default Looking at LS430, Noticed a bounce when shifting into Drive

I'm considering purchasing an LS430, and one of the models I was looking at was in good shape and drove and shifted perfectly, but I noticed it sort of "bounced" when I shifted it into Drive. It wasn't overly harsh, but it seemed uncharacteristic for a Lexus. My es300 for example, you can barely tell it's been shifted from park into drive, and it's considered the "poor man's Lexus", not the flagship.

Does this sound like it needs a new transmission mount?

Thanks for the help.

I think this is the way to identify a bad transmission/engine mount:
Put your hand on the shift lever, and while shifting, see if you can feel any (too much?) movement relative to the rest of the car. I guess it's a judgement call, but you should not see the lever move from side-to-side, except for maybe a small fraction of an inch .
Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

Also, put car in drive and reverse and even all low gears for that matter and hold brake on and accelerate. Look for slippage and any non solid feel. Do this in a careful environment.
