Default suspension/wheel setup advice - youzealand/aragosta modified stock struts

hi all. i am looking at purchasing a set of youzealand/aragosta modified stock struts from rev-01.

thread:

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls4...-real-jdm.html

before i pull the trigger, i need some advise from your experts.

1) i am not looking slam....just low enough for a pinky gap. using these struts to lower the car, is there anything needs to be done with the stock height sensors? when the car is lowered, would the senors try 'readjust' the car height?

2) with the pinky gap setup, how will a set of 20" wheel sit? any rubbing issues, and does the rear needs to be rolled?

front: 20"x9", +36. thinking of doing 245/35 tires.
rear: 20"x10.5", +45. thinking of doing 255/35 tires.

with those tire sizes, there will be a minor stretch. if i go up to 275/30 for the rear, would that cause any issues?

3) any other tips/advises/comments0 with this setup?

thanks a lot gents!

Damn those are nice...never knew about this option.

I am sure you would need to play around with the sensors so that they know it is fully aired up when you want them to be...but I cannot comment on this since I am not familiar with the product.

I wouldn't go that wide in rear IMO if you want stretch. I had 275/30/20 on my BMW on a 10.5 wheel, and the tires were not stretched at all. The 245/35 I have on my 11s are a good amount of stretch, so I would go 245-255.

With those offsets, you will not be super flush or anything, but riding that low you still might need to shave the quarter panels...just mount the suspension and wheels first, then figure out what needs to be done to make them work.

Don't forget, our ULs lower on the freeway, so you need more than enough space to clear, otherwise you will have issues on the freeway

^^
thanks for the advise

i tried to test fit with a set of 19"s with similar width and offset. those wheels were from my other car; which i am running 225/35 on a 9.5" width, +35, and 245/35 on a 10.5", +35. the stretch is the maximum i would do on the LS. but since the bags were all full, i couldn't lower the car to see the fitment

i am not looking for a flush fitment....just something better than stock. this is a daily and the wife has a tendancy of park by feel...
