I noticed the part number matches my carpet which I thought was ash grey. I have a feeling they are pretty much the same color.

Rubbing the salt in the wound.....They told me that the mats were no longer being made which is BS and no other dealer has them which is also untrue. They can easily be had but for more money. Too bad because the charcoal is the exact color I have. You can't buy a set of any universal mats for $30.

wanted to say thanks for the heads up a week and half ago i was one of the first to read your post
the new mats look good in my car they also came with the clips i was missing one on each front. i did notice the material looked like it might have been shedding a little. i would assume this were caught in a quality control issue and thus the price. they still are a great and nice to have new mats in a car with 95k ... thanks again for the post.

The edges where a little rough, I can understand the words shedding, also the driver mat had a 4 x 8 carpet patch where the heels often are which are rubberized on some matts if ya know what I mean. Pretty light color for winter matts I will save em for summer.

I ordered my mats on February 6th...and got my notice on Feb 8th that:

"We are writing to inform you that order L700878 has been voided. Your order has been voided because of the following reason(s): The part(s) contained within this order have been discontinued by the manufacturer. Despite our efforts, we were not able to obtain the parts for you."

I don't see how you guys are getting your orders filled... they must have just singled me out...

Okay, okay, I know this is not the great deal that many of us missed, but, you can get the charcoal Lexus mats from Sewell for $48 Club Lexus Price. Other colors are $80. The maddening thing it that you can get them for $26 in-store price. Anyway, I ordered a set and they are being prepared for shipping, so they can still be found.

Yes they are $48 and and with shipping come to around $65. FYI, on Ebay, there is a Lexus store that also sells these mats delivered for $70 including shipping. Bottom line is for a few dollars more the mats can be found. I however if paying the $65 would want the mats to be perfect without the fraying issues that were discussed with the $28 special priced mats.
