Anyone taken their manifold off?
Any tips? I've got the Lexus workshop manual but there is always real word tips that aren't in the manual!

i have never done this but it should not be that bad. The book time is 3hrs. My brother in law is a tech at toyota and says that when they have starter problems with tundra 4.7"basically same engine" they replace the starter contact brushes and not the whole starter since they make more money on labor and it cost them nothing.
