MudGuard Flaps Question

MudGuard Flaps Question
I want to install the mud guards to protect the lower body panels from road sling. I noticed on the Sewell website illustration that they show numbers behind the part number for the screws and nuts even though the illustration basically shows what's required. How many of the screws and nuts do I need to install the flaps? Just want to be sure.
Also, on the parts.com website the Mud Guards/Flaps are only $100.28 vs. $145.04 and $159.69 on the Sewell website. I've ordered from parts.com before for my Mercedes and they are genuine OEM parts.

Thanks.

The OEM mudflaps I installed on two LS cars came with all additional required hardware - but I bought one set in Canada and the other in the UK. Installation was very easy. Some drilling is usually necessary. The OEM mudfaps I installed on my last Mercedes and three Hondas also came with all necessary hardware.

Yes I am looking at purchasing the Blue Onyx Pearl 8P8 according to the website part numbers. Thanks.
