Default Rear upper control arms. Price difference, labor questions.

Hey everybody. Today I put my LS in the shop for a radiator change and asked them to check the whole car out. I was present during the checking out process. Couple of things needed attention:
1. Oil filter housing seal
2. Left rear upper control arm needs replacement.
What's interesting is that right side rear upper control arm is ok. That's where my first question comes: Should I replace left and right arms at the same time?
My mechanic said H rear frame needs to come off to replace upper arms.
I went to Sewell to check prices out. Left side is $242.95 with sport package and 548.24 without sport package, right side is $548.24 with or without sport package.
1. Can I put sport package arms? I do not have s/p but my air suspension was replaced with s/p shocks. I assume difference between s/p and non s/p are bushings inside control arm.
2. Why is there such a difference in price between s/p left and right arms?
Here's a price reference from Sewell:

Thanks.

you should send your VIN to sewell and have them check what part is applicable to YOUR car...

I called Sewell today. For 15 min a rep could not give me definite answers to my questions posted here. After I asked her to talk to a tech she put me on hold. So, an answer to the first questions is quote " It should fit". To a second question, she was as stunned as I was when she saw price difference. Rep could not tell why, just said "it is what it is" - so the price is right.
As to changing one or both sides, mechanic told me right side arm is like new so to change only one bad side.
I'll keep you posted.

Usually any "sport package" is a license to steal versus normal stock items. Strange that this is not the case.
