I just Shin Etsu'd my door seals
And boy are my hands greasy... LS Cowboy said it is the best stuff out there so I ordered a tube off Amazon. Spent about an hour rubbing this silicon stuff into all the rubber seals. I could tell the seals became more pliable immediately. Mine were really clean from when I purchased the car 3 weeks ago but it is recommended that the seals be cleaned with distilled water. I honestly think a little bit of soap and water won't hurt as long as you are using a very mild detergent. Maybe citrus based or similar. Anyway, I rubbed this stuff in and the rubber was feeling much better after this treatment. I also did the trunk and hood seals. Don't forget to get the multiple door seals on the bottom of the door. I am letting it sit overnight before gently wiping off any excess and I will post any noticeable results in road noise.

The stuff definitely works great at conditioning weatherstripping. If you have wind noise, that's the first remedy I would turn to.
Just be careful though, it seems as soon as you apply this stuff, you start accidently bumping into it with your clothes when you get in and out of the car. It can leave a nasty, greasy mess, especially if you have a dress shirt on. I've used it on older weatherstripping, and it's almost like a black grease that forms.

I've used Dupont Krytox with good results.
Krytox is ridiculously priced,though.

Make sure you also put it on the seal that rubs up against the inside surface of the glass. Lower the window to access it, its a 1-1/2" wide flat strip of rubber where the glass edge seats. Sure a little will smear onto the glass when you roll up the windows but this is the area where the majority of the squeaking comes from, not the weatherstrip that rubs against the car body.
