Good price for TB/WP replacement!

I had the job done for 650 without tensioners and bearings I believe. The Lexus dealer and Yota dealer told me 8 of 10 they do this way. What would the symptoms be if the tensioner and bearings showed symptoms later on? Mine went without a hitch from 100 to 197 miles when I sold it.
Just noticed some upper end rattle at start up on real hot days for a slit second I was thinking this was not related. My newer LS will need the service in the future it has 74k now.
Lexus dealer said only belt he ever saw snap was a belt job at another shop done incorrectly.
How much extra labor is involved in the tensioner and bearings?

While shopping for the LS, I came across a one owner 2004 LS with 70K miles that advertised timing belt and water pump replacement done. I inquiry with the owner why replaced the timing belt and water pump so early and he said the water pump was leaking. It maybe more common that you think.

I picked up a timing belt kit # TKT-011 from TOYOLEX on eBay $303.00
Water pump & gasket
Timing belt & tensioner
Idler #1 & Idler #2
Camshaft seals (didn't need them)
Thermostat
Belt tensioner & drive belt
I dropped the car off yesterday (thursday) afternoon. They called today (friday) at 3pm, "cars's ready"
They performed the timing belt service, installed a new radiator, spark plugs (which I provided), replaced power steering fluid & brake fluid.
Installed new rear rotors/pads & parking brake shoes. Balanced & aligned wheels.
$1580.12
I was gonna attempt the TB service myself. In hindsight, I'm happy I had the shop do the work. Cars back on the road and making money.
Their rate for the TB service alone, was $430.00
