Passenger door, but front clip still better than side impact or rear end.

The car is not totaled, it look like needs hood, lights, bamper, radiator support, and air bags, it can be fixed at body shop if you want, or you can sell it to the body shop or person who do cars, and make some extra money. You can get your pay check from insurance and keep the car, then sell it for about 6-8 grand.

How do you "get your check AND keep your car?"

Insurance company will usually offer you a price for the car with the option to buy back for a fraction of your settled amount taken out of your check from them. When my civic was totalled I was offered 2 different amounts depending if I wanted to keep it or not.

Glad you are ok! I left a comment on your other post with a great navy on tan here in GA that is pretty cheap for the mileage. Check it out and PM me if you need help with it. If the insurance ends up totaling it out do you mind swapping with me the passenger side trunk taillight? Mine has a small crack/hole in it =D. Might as well if you are letting insurance take the car lol. I'll buy you a case of beer for your troubles haha.

You walked away. That is the most important think. You can always get another car. Did anyone notice that the headlights are all intact? How is that even possible? What are they made from?

The car has been totaled and the insurance company has the car. I am on restricted use of my right leg. So I could not be trying to take parts of the car due to my injuries. I'm located in Philadelphia, pa and i'm looking at various 430's by use of Autotrader, CL and Car Gurus. This helps me to keep up my spirits while i'm down for the time being. Thanks.

My advice would be to lawyer up as soon as possible. In most cases it would not cost you a dime but it would ensure that you receive funds for proper medical care and also potential future medical issues hat may come out of this.
