If my 2001 LS430 with 156K miles is sitting for few days without running and when I start the car it is making a noise like the valve cam shaft or something like that and then quit after 1 second. Seem to me that oil is low but the car is full of oil and new oil too. The car is running fine...
What could cause that??

that's rather normal for old car.
it's most probably leak-back valve inside the oil pump that allows the oil to drain back to pan from heads.

My last 04 did that starting about where you are till I sold it at 197k. Never burned or puffed oil and only did it on occasion above 80 degrees. I hated the noise also so I bought a different one low miles. I did not notice any performance or detrement in any way but I like em quiet. Try a ford motorcraft? filter with a back valve
