I have a 2005 LS430 painted black cherry pearl and ordered a chrome front grille to replace the standard one. The website also has chrome headlight and tail light surrounds. They look great in the photos but not sure if they would be okay in real life. They are made of chrome plastic and are connect by the use of strong 3M tape. Maybe they are too much bling for my car.

There are pictures of that mod here on CL somewhere ... too much chrome for my tastes, but it's all personal preference. I think the pics are of a LS with turn signals in outside mirrors, and you can see the chrome around headlights. Search and you'll find ...

I also picked up a front billet chrome grill when I got my LS430. I thought about getting the headlight and taillight chrome surrounds as well but once I put on the grill it was just the right about of bling. I say install the grill see what you think. You can always order more chrome later if you want.

I dont have them but I have a chrome grille and I think it adds the right amount of bling. I was thinking about the headlight ones but still undecided. I definitely wouldn't get the tail light ones as I think it looks cheap especially next to the red of the tail light lenses.
I was thinking about getting the exterior chrome door handles but dont know if they would feel funny when you open the door as they are stick on as well.

Where did you get your front chrome billet? I believe I got a good price. Also, could you upload a photo of your grill?

the chrome headlight surrounds look good up close but not when u get a full car view, they look like sort of tacky stick on chrome .

I do think the chrome grill and the chrome handles are a nice touch though.

Don't do it - let that projector sitting in those big headlights have all the attention... No need to take away from greatness with a chrome sticker.

I recommend not doing it. I put the chrome surrounds (lids) on my 01 and I regretted it a few monthsd later. I thought it took away from the nice clean lines of the 430. It applies to the headlight and it is very noticeable.
