Coming home today in a lite snow, the wipers stopped working on my 2003. They were in auto mode when they stopped. They do not come on in any mode. The washer does work. What can I check or test to determine the problem?

I would check the fuse for the wipers if you have a test light or if you don't have a test light, find out what amp the fuse is & just replace the old one & with a new one to see if that works.
Other then that, I wouldn't know why else it would just randomly stop working.

OK, I think this is weird. I went out and started my car and the wipers are now working. Hmmmmm.

Maybe a sticking relay. The wipers work off a timer relay.
