Airbag Light Issue
Good morning everyone,
I had the passenger seat upholstery replaced yesterday and noticed that the airbag seat is now on (not blinking, just on). After checking the manual, it said that it signifies there is an issue with the front airbags. I am guessing that it has something to do with the upholstery being done. Would anyone know the best approach to having this handled so the light turns off?
Thank you!

I would suspect that your airbag is not connected properly from the upholstry work. Take it back and have them fix it, and that doesn't include just turning the light off. You need a properly operating airbag.

Thank you!
I did take it back and he checked the wiring and it all seemed to be correct. He is reaching out to a shop to reset the light for me but I did notice the passenger seat belt sensor isn't working, as well. Would that be because of the reset or the connections are still incorrect?
