I have your car's twin. Black in black was very tough to find with good miles in the md/dc/va area. Any plans for mods?

 

Yes are are correct about finding a ls430 with low miles, that why when I saw the car with only 64k miles, I jumped right to it and I believed the car was on the market for less than a week.

yes, window tint, 19 TRD wheels, focal components speakers, JL sub, air intake, chip, exhaust are on my shopping list.

 

Can't wait to see your progress. I picked mine up a few months ago with 65k on it so I know you gotta be in love. The black drives me crazy keeping clean but looks so nice when clean and waxed. I'm waiting for weather to break and doing 35% tint all the way around with luxury abstract pillars. Going to have local shop do a custom stainless x pipe and catback. What set ups have you been considering?

 

Honestly, I have no idea yet, still brainstorming. Btw, my last 3 vehicles are all black on black. I use Zaino Bros products for clean and wax and they give the awesome glossy black. I am thinking of 20 - 30% tint and willing to the chances with the law..LOL.

 

If I was allowed to continue, using LS430's in my fleet....I'd be scooping cars like this up.

Take that air fresher off while you can. It discolors plastics in many cars because of the gel or oil used in it, I work at a dealer who used to sell those and I got a lot of complaints that it ruined the interior plastics.

Those looking for performance mods. Only headers have have shown to show actual hp gain. Everything else, besides forced induction, is cosmetic.

 

Yes i just had a conversation with my friend who is a mechanic and he also told me the same thing. However, he also mention that it's better to do header with air intake and exhaust than just a header by itself.

 

Yea the ppe headers are the way to go and I plan on doing them at the same time exhaust is fabbed up and then go see swift racing who are only 25 mins away for their intake/ecu upgrade that posted great results on other lexus models.
