Default Power steering leak

I noticed some fresh fluid on my driveway this morning that looks like power steering fluid. I also have a feeling that this leak might have active for years because I see an old stain next to it from years ago that I didn't take much notice of. The reservoir does not look low or is the steering noisy or hard. I've never added power steering fluid in my 4 years of ownership. The back of the protective undercarriage plastic pan is wet on the passenger side . I looked under the hood with a flashlight and the front of the power steering pump looks dry, but I can see some residue on the rear hose area. Is the power steering hose problematic or could it still be the pump or worse the steering rack? What is the most common power steering leak issues with our cars? My 01 LS430 has 113,000 miles. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Any LS430 owners ever had any power steering leak?

Although I haven't gotten it up on a lift yet, it does look wet on the passenger side rack area. The bellow looks dry. I sure hope it's not the rack! If the rack is leaking is there anything short of replacing the entire rack? My steering is fine.

I think I may have a small power steering leak on my 04 CL with 130kl, but it isn't leaking onto the ground just a little residue on the pump and on top of the under side plastic, but not dripping on the ground. Im curious as to what the more informed members have to say about it.

Mine is a slow leak as well and I never had to replace any power steering fluid, but I also know these things don't get better. I'm also concerned because it is wet near near the steering rack area. I guess I'm hopefully wishing the leak is from a pressure hose leaking down. I'll know more this week when I take it to my shop.
