Looks real clean from the pics online. Gotta just be a NY car, no? That’s what I got too.

Guys, I think I bought the whole supply of dynamic dampers and they no longer offer this part in US. Due to this, I can’t finish my project.

Does anyone have access to Hyundai car parts Warehouse info to see if this specific item is somewhere still in stock?

624993K000

thanks in advance.

I'll see what I can do, I really REALLY want to see the end result and instructions because I would love to do this to my car.

Thank you, Striker. I found out that there is one shop in Chicago who still has two of these super cheap dampers in stock, but all other Hyundai online parts seem to discontinue selling them. Hyundaipartsdeal cancelled my order.

This damper is structurally very similar to other Hyundai dampers, but the difference is the price. 2006 and above models are assessed for 70-100 dollar per item, while the part that I found costs only 9-13 dollars.

Likely moved to a fluid filled version, I'll call my dealers here later to find a few more for people to use

Since everyone has been ranting and raving about my last set of photos (NOT), I figured I'd drop a few more from this morning's little joy drive. Just to help settle in the new suspension, and just because I enjoy driving the thing.

Looking sharp, though I'm partial to white!

How do you like the Fortune coilovers? Did you go for the stock spring rate? Any changes in ride comfort or handling when compared to stock?

Am deciding between their 500 and their MSC coilovers right now and would like an idea of how the 500 rides. Emailed them and was told that the MSC is going to be valved for a much softer ride. I'm looking for something that isn't as soft as stock air as there's gobs of body roll and the thing feels like a boat.

Well after dialing in the damping for the past couple of days, my brother and I both agree that it now feels a lot like his 2019 Alfa Giulia (which is a good thing), but just a touch softer/smoother. Stock spring rates were 12/8k, but I went with 14/10k instead. I've ended up at 10 clicks above soft on the front, and 11 clicks in the rear. Little to no NVH at all.

It definitely corners a lot flatter and is a lot more planted. I'm quite happy with the ride quality so far.

Body work ain’t fun without a orbital sander, got a bit more sanding to do and should be ready to lay the wrap when it comes see you soon rock chips see you soon

Just ordered my set from Vivid Racing to replace my stock air struts which have been slowly going out ever since I bought the car. 14k front and 12k rear should do the trick. Also grabbed the Daizen steering rack bushings and the 19mm Ultra Racing rear anti sway bar.

Now the waiting game begins. 4 weeks build for the coilovers and some undefined time for shipping from MY for the rear anti sway. I should start a little build thread for this car...

Hopefully not a dumb question. Would coil overs work on a non-air suspension LS or are coil overs purely a solution of air suspension cars? I ask because I'm chasing down some harsh ride issues, and I'm beginning to suspect the springs at 143 K are part of the problem.
