That looks pretty good! I sanded mine and polished them with a cotton wheel and Mother's! Check it out!

Default Exhaust change without drone

Seen the mixed reviews on exhaust not looking to open that debate but I am changing my exhaust. 2.25 dual pipe back, H-pipe, J-pipe, Vibrant ultra quiet resonators, and Vibrant oval tips. Seen most custom exhausts have a 1800-2000 drone, and zero so far (unless I missed it) that have a J-pipe resonator. Finishing on Monday and will post results. Still need to cut down short end and fish-mouth cut the pipe to fit. But prep work almost done.

Ordered front LS460 strut mounts. I used rear LS460 strut mounts and that resolved the remaining clunking sounds and increased suspension travel. Now I hope the same happens with the front.

Default New Windshield

Yesterday I had a new Windshield installed in my 2002 Lexus LS430. The old original one had 4 stone bruises in it and it was time for a new one. I had Whites Auto Glass in Taylor MI install it for a total cost of $250. I was very happy with the after market glass, and yes it came with the rain sensor and works just like the original one did. It does seem a little more sensitive to rain though?

Installed front LS460 strut mounts. Now there is LS460 strut mounts all around. Rides so much better due to more spring travel from LS460 mounts and shorter bump stops. Also are the clunking from the LS430 mounts are gone.

That's exactly what I went with and have not regretted it. Looks great and doesn't hinder night driving at all. Good choice

My previous vehicle I had 5% all the way around and while I did like the look, looking out windows at night was basically worthless and I hated it.

Default Suspension parts

Today I changed out my ball joints, Lower controle arm bushings, and I found a broken sway bar linkage that I replaced. I have owned my 2005 LS430 with 84,000 miles for 1 year now. This car is a pleasure to work on. I also want to say thank you to this forum for sharing your tips and tricks.
