Yes, some leaves and debris get blown into the trunk but the vacuums easily take care of it.
Did you ever end up selling your OEM LS430 wheels? I'm interested if you still have a set for sale.

Replaced my nav unit in the trunk. It has an older nav disk but that’s better than the non functioning unit that I had.

Why not get the disk out of the old one and use that in the replacement?

The old unit was completely dead, wouldn’t even eject the disk. It’s more for aesthetics over function anyway since even the latest disk is 7yrs old. I’d just rather have a dated map than an error message on my display.
And I plan on upgrading the audio with a double din, so I’ll have up to date maps through my phone.

Default Polish

I’ve been polishing and wet sanding the heck out of my car in attempt to remove the 20 years of scratches. Mostly going well. Some scratches/ chips are well into the paint/primer and will just have to exist. Wish I could afford a new paint job. That’d be ideal.

Left side has not been touched yet

for about half the cost of a paint job you can get a wrap. If the scratches are not too deep it will cover them.

Changed the oil and gave it a thorough wash.

I bent my wheel again today. I ran over a crazy pothole this evening that wasn’t there this morning and did some crazy damage. I just repaired this wheel six months ago so I’m not too thrilled about it. Hopefully I can have it fixed by next weekend.

Got the tires rotated and found one of the wheels are bent so I'll have to replace it sometime. Adjusted the alignment slightly and its riding very nice, straight and smooth even with a bent wheel and bad engine mounts.

Got the timing belt/water pump done as well as replaced the 17 inch wheels with 16. I'll have pictures up soon. Was planning on yesterday but we're in the middle of a storm and it's too cold to wash.

Replaced the cabin air filter in both cars, the wiper inserts on the 06, and pulled the PPS Solenoid out of the rack on the 05, sprayed it out with brake clean, then refilled the system with clean Dex/Merc. Fluid that came out was a nice red color, too, so I know most of the old fluid is gone from the system. Unfortunately, the steer assist is still vastly inadequate at idle in comparison to the 06.
