Default Check VSC message after battery tested?

I have a 2003 LS 430 and had the battery tested recently. The Check VSC message has come on in the process. I have since replaced the battery and the message still appears.

I have read other threads in this forum and disconnected the negative from the battery. I waited a couple of minutes before re-connecting. I still get the message. Any ideas whether this is related to my battery testing/replacement and how to clear the message? Thanks!

After further reviews from other threads, I resolved the "Check VSC" message on my 2003 LS-430:

1) Insert paper clip as jumper into the DLC3 connector under the dash into TE (top row - 3 from the left) and CG (bottom row - 5 from the left)

2) Turn car to ON (not start)

3) ABS light starts to flash and then after several seconds the "VSC Test" display comes on

4) After a few more seconds, turn car off

5) Remove jumper (paper clip)

6) I started car and drove for awhile and it hasn't come back on.

Thanks for everyone that took the time to post their insights on this issue!
