Who here has motorcycle(s) and love to ride more than driving LS

I got an FJR1300 and a Honda Grom.
I'd rather drive either than take the Lex if it's a nice day. It's awesome to go from the bikes to the LS430, it really makes me appriciate how effortless and quiet the car is. Although I love riding the grom since it gets 100+ mpg all day every day.
Either way, I'd rather walk than drive an American or European car.

I rode motorcycles for years as a young man. Owned 7 of them over the years and rode like a crazy man... Then one day I woke up and was sure I'd have a bad accident if I kept on...too many people driving crazy, too crowded, too many texting, too many drunk, high, etc. I still have my class M license but haven't ridden a street bike in years. But if anyone wants to run an off road bike trip to Baja, I'm in : )

No question here.
At 2,300 cc, the power to weight ratio makes driving this a bit more fun, especially around my buddies that have Harleys. Except in the rain....

Nice to see so many of us riding.
Being on Triumph Rocket III is my dream. I saw one in person and fell in love. Some day....

You know, I'd expect to see more motorcycle riders on the LS430 forum than almost any-other non-sports car forum.
Usually, motorcycle riders who don't ride Harleys have pretty favorable opinions on Japanese vehicles since the Japanese 4 represent about 75% of the brands that make motorcycles which can be used on a daily basis. But people who don't ride harleys are usually pretty interested in high-performance machines. My Honda Grom has never got worse than 100 mpg, and my FJ runs the 1/4 mile somewhere in the 10s. But you know what machine impressed me the most?
My 2001 LS430. It survived 12 years and 69k miles at the hand of the rather lackadaisical prior owner. And after some fluid changes, it's the smoothest machine with that's shockingly quick for a car and returns rather alright milage (I'm averaging 26 this summer). And you know what's the most shocking? It's probably going to be as nice in 200,000 more miles. It's just going to need fluid, two more timing belts, and maybe some suspension work. And that's nothing short of magical. That's performance. That's going around the world on 20-some quarts of oil and gas.
And although that's become par for the course with Toyotas, the LS430 is the nicest one short of maybe the LX and LS460. But the LS430 literally costs dimes on the dollar compared to the LX570.
In short, if you're riding a bike it's because you like nice machines that don't break the bank. Isn't that exactly what the LS430 is?

^ Exactly. Got my Triumph Speed 4 for super cheap. Got a great deal on my LS430, and it had all service records + 60k service when I bought it 11mo. ago with 50k on the clock.
