Default Looking at a 2005 LS 430

For the past few weeks I have been looking for a solid 04-06 LS 430 - drove quite a few, anything from CEL goes on 5 min into the test drive --- to top notch condition smoker car. Needles to say I'm being patient

This Saturday I decided to pull in to a local Lexus dealership and bam! - they just had a 2005 gray LS430 with 86k miles on it traded-in, pretty much what I am looking for BUT - the sales person told me to come back on Tuesday as it needs ball joint work and wheels fixed up due to a "old lady driving into curbs". I will check it out tomorrow but am rather skeptical at this point - so this is my question, knowing that this car had a severe curb rash - what should I look out for?

It's a 1 owner 5k intervals at the dealer

If anything was bent she would drive poorly and pull one direction or another I am sure. How do the rims look?

Have Lexus perform a 4-way alignment and ask to look at the specs before buying, What are they asking for in price?

How fast was granny going when she smashed into those curbs? Wheel scuffs should not be causing ball joint replacement.
The car is 10 years old, I'd still have an indepentent shop put it on a lift and look at all the suspension parts. Does it have air suspension too?

I would not be waiting for the dealer to get the car ready for you. These cars are in demand, and they may also have someone in mind for the car. Go back and try to negotiate a deal with any items of concern being taken care of. Of course you still want an independent inspection of the car.

If any ya'll come across my 06 listed for sale, Id love to know what it's listing price is and/or where it ends up. I traded it in last week at Kearny Mesa Hyundai, San Diego.
It'll probably be shipped off to auction in another state.
