Has anyone used these wheels on their car?

2006 GS 300 17"

If so do they fit without spacers? My car is a 2001 LS430. I'm trying to replace the OEM wheels because they are chromed and in terrible shape really. This thread seems to indicate that the 2006 GS300 wheels should bolt on without a spacer but other posts on the forum disagree
