That is a gorgeous car. You will enjoy it for many years to come, especially since you seem inclined to do your own maintenance. This car is pretty easy to work on.
I'm gonna agree with Lavrishevo on things you should get done to the car; I've done a lot of those and for the most part they've been cost-effective and drastic improvements on the driving experience.

Yeah. The first round is going to my independent Lexus garage next week.
Radiator is leaking at the end tank. Not bad, but it's definitely leaking. Found that yesterday. I just don't have time (nor the desire to work in a 30* garage) to get to it this week. Since it's going in to see him for that, I'm going to let him do the transmission fluid change, the diff fluid change, and the spark plugs. I'll do the MAF and the Throttle body the next time I have it in my garage. No complaints. He and I went over the vehicle today, and he approves. It'll be nice to see what he says once he's behind the wheel.
Nonetheless, it's a very nice car, and I'm getting used to driving it. Not sure how long it will stay in the stable. There's a pretty decent chance it'll get sold next year... But who knows. I haven't decided. :-)
