Default Needs some help after spark plug change ASAP

So i just did some minor maintenance last night (oil, oil filter, air filter, and spark plugs). once I finished and went to start the car to reset the timer etc. All my light went on (VSC, check engine, warning tree etc.) Has this happen to anyone here?? If so can you please give me any tips on fixing it?? I ran out of time last night to make some checks. but i am planning to check all the sparkplugs once again once i get home today.

Thank you for all your inputs

Ensure any electrical connectors you disconnected are properly connected. Disconnect negative terminal of battery for a few minutes to reset ECU's. Prior to starting, turn key to the acc/on position for at least 10 seconds to allow the ECU's to relearn all electrical parameters.
Hope that helps..

First thing I would do is disconnect negative side of battery for 30 minutes and then reconnect. But in all likelihood, you accidentally unhooked something in your maintenance. Do what xtr3me said.

If it wasnt there before you did the maintenance, it was most likely an error on your end. Did you plug back in all the connectors to the ignition coils, Mass air flow sensor, etc? Any hoses you forgot to put back? Was everything seated and torqued correctly? Goodluck and hope you find out what the problem was.

Thanks I plan on checking all connectors and hoses. The spark plugs were all seated correctly but the one on the rear passenger side was a B to work with so i'mma check on that one first. then i'll do the battery disconnect right after to see if that fix's the problem. Thank you

My first impression is you may have knocked something loose around the VCS ECU (see its location on sketch below)...

Here's a short description on what VSC (Vehicle Skid Control) is supposed to do for you when the "VSC OFF" light is NOT illuminated.

Before you disconnect the battery to clear memory, please retrieve Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) and check them against the chart below to help you troubleshoot.

Absolutely note the DTC codes before doing anything else. The trouble codes very likely will lead you directly to the problem, rather than trying this or that and guessing.

Thanks tom!! Got everything fixed Friday night! Ended up redoing all the plugs also found out that #8 wasn't plugged in all the way so i'm guessing that was the issue. Everything is fine now, (no lights engine running smooth) Thanks everyone!!
