Full-Length Third Brake Light

I've wanted to do this mod for some time now, as I have always admired the look of the thin, continuous line of LED brake lights running across the upper window of the certain Bentley models. I'll likely make it happen some time in the spring or early summer. But in the meantime I was just wondering who here has done something similar with their LS430. I will also be adding a rear roof spoiler.
Here's a guy who did it with his Maxima. http://maxima.org/forums/6th-generat...ake-light.html

If this is the case, then I'd likely go with the exterior mount. But only if there's a way to conveniently tuck the wires like that guy did in the C pillar (which I rather doubt we'd be able to do with the LS). I'm not keen on drilling an sort of hole to get the wires back inside the cabin, so if there's no way to route the wires down the side of the window, I may have to find a way to make it fit on the interior.

No way!
I've been thinking about it for the past whole week!
If done right, I honestly think it would look legit and will relate to the car. When I see my brake lights, I really hate how ugly the third brake light is.
I've been wondering whether to remove the 3rd light, have it sit, or for it to be on the top... What is your plan?

Regarding my plan, well that'll have to wait until the weather breaks. Unfortunately I don't currently have the luxury of an attached garage in which to work on such things in the dead of winter. My preference is an interior install, but that may not work out if the sunshade travel is impeded by the LED strip. We'll see.

Let us know if you get a warning light on the instrument cluster indicating a brake bulb is out with these LEDs. The wattage is so low, you may have to wire in a resistor as well.
