Default Telescopic Steering Wheel Problem

I have a 2001 LS430 Ultimate Luxury edition with the telescopic steering wheel. There are two motors on it. One to tilt the steering wheel up and down and another that moves the steering wheel in and out from the dash. I am having problems with the one that moves the steering wheel in and out from the dash. It has been vibrating when ever the wheel retracts back towards the dash. I did some research that suggested lubricating the motor to stop the vibration. I did that and now it does not work at all. I took the motor apart and tried some electronic parts cleaner to remove all of the spray lubricant and it started working some but not like it was. Has anyone had problems with this motor and is there a way to clean it and lubricate it so it will work properly? I have attached a picture of the motor showing the part number. If any one has any ideas I would love to hear them.

There are several existing threads on tilt and telescopic steering solutions. "Lubricating the motor" is not one of them. There is a bushing for the telescope that you can grease and/or replace. That's where you should start. The bushing often times binds and restricts the movement. Others disconnect the telescope feature. Search for CL existing threads.
