Lexus of Memphis is a very expensive place to buy a Lexus. Most all of my friends who drive a Lexus (including myself) travel out of the city to make the purchase. If there were a competing dealership, the prices would be much different.
Just recently I compared used RX350 prices in Florida compared to Lexus of Memphis and found prices in Florida $3K, $5K and up to $8K less for comparable models. In 2012 I purchased my 2012 Camry SE (5K miles) from Lexus of Palm Beach for $8K less than I had previously found anywhere.
I'll never purchase another vehicle from any local dealer---I'll always shop in Florida.

Great question - I was thinking about that today.
I loved my 450, and the 470 was even better - that truck was so nice. I had it for 3 years - and it was great!
The air suspension was cool - to be able to lower the vehicle for entry/exit was nice.
I do miss that truck quite a bit (and the audio system it had) - and I just love that body style -

Thanks - ya, I got lucky with this one. Haven't had a lot of time to spend with it, but it does seem like everything is pretty clean. So glad I got the black - it's not normally my go to color, but I love it on this car.

I bought this car in Florida, and had it shipped to MI ... Just got here this morning.
It is a 2005 with 41650 miles, and I purchased it for $16,800.
This is my 3rd Lexus - I have owned a 1997 LX450, and a 2001 LX470 - had great experiences with both those vehicles. I had thought about getting another 470, but wanted to try a car this time.
Drove it some today - and it's awesome!
