Can anyone tell me definitely if the 16" wheels off a 1994-1997 Lexus LS400 as shown in the photo below will fit on my 2001 LS430? (That is - will they clear the brake calipers?)
I know that offset, bore and PCD are all OK and that some 2001 LS430s came with 16" wheels as standard, but mine are 17" and the ride quality definitely suffers.
The seller does not know, and the wheels are too far away to check myself, so if anyone knows if these will fit my car it would be great to hear from you. Many thanks.

I'm under the impression that only 1998-2000 LS400s have 16 inch rims that clear our brakes. But perhaps you can do a test fit?
Many thanks, airchomper. Unfortunately the wheels are about 1000km away so I can't do a test fit. However I think you may be right about them not fitting.
