I'm getting my illuminated sills delivery tomorrow.

MyLParts.com has very good prices and free shipping over $150 which is great.
9 days for part delivery isn't too bad.Especially when free.
However,finding some parts is tough.
I had to get the part #'s of the sills so I could find them on their site.

Sewell's site was great.
A part accessory list for each model and great diagrams for finding parts for each model.
The only minor negative for me with Sewell was the shipping charges weren't cheap but pretty quick delivery.

Return policy and hassle will be a test for MyLparts..

Not on the illuminated door sills.
They were $70 more on the pair shipped.

Why did Sewell Lexus get shut down?

Will myLparts.com, Lpartsworld.com etc, get shut down as well?

Thanks for the feedback and thanks for the sale! As far as shipping, it will depend on your location and what you order from us. We try and ship as much as we can via USPS Priority mail which is usually 2-3 days delivery minus Sundays. Anytime a part is too large or too heavy, we have to ship UPS which is 5 business days (Less Saturday & Sunday) from West coast to East coast. We do try and get all orders out same day or next day from date of order.

Could you provide the part numbers of the sills? What model years do they fit? Thank you.

That's wholesales...........mine does that too.

The issue is locating specific parts............which is hard to do without looking at the details diagram. If I can't locate the specific part's number that I need, I need to go there, order it and pick it up the next day or 2, I am so sick of going there twice for one part

My L parts manager does part number lookup if I don't have the number. (He owns a '01 430 UL.) He'll send me diagrams via email as well, if necessary to identify specific parts. He'll talk to the techs for me to help diagnose too. No need for 2 trips to order then pick-up parts.

Have you tried Lexus of South Atlanta Parts? They have online diagrams like Sewell did.

Sounds like your guy is knowledgeable and know the car well, lucky you. Mine is not

Yes I checked out that website, it is the best diagrams online right now, I hope Lexus don't shut them down also.

But I feel it is still not as good as what Sewell had, that site was amazing and so easy to use, I can find everything I need from there. I recently tried to find a part on the Lexus of South Atlanta's site, I couldn't find it.

Yes, I agree. Sewell was my first source for diagrams too. I didn't use them for parts purchases though after my local L parts mgr. offered same (or better) pricing (he was fully aware of Sewell parts) + no shipping charges.

Please post pics when they're installed. And which wires are you tapping into?

Those part numbers are for a RX350 install.
I did the install and don't have pics but here's a thread with posts #15 and 20 on the simple '10 RX install.Same for the '15.
