Yes, I agree. Sewell was my first source for diagrams too. I didn't use them for parts purchases though after my local L parts mgr. offered same (or better) pricing (he was fully aware of Sewell parts) + no shipping charges.
Agreed 100%, Sewell's shipping charges made them to be not the lowest price source most of the time. But no one can match their diagrams and part numbers listing.
Any idea if the "LEXUS" portion of the sill that lights up for the RX350 could be removed and transplanted into the 430 door sill to custom make lighted sills for the 430? What are the dimensions of that lighted piece?

I have seen someone done that before, I think they got the lights up part from the SC430, do a search, sorry I don't have the link off hand, just remembered seeing that.
It is cool and all, but it aren't all that once you have it. My SC430 came with that so I don't crave it much on my LS.
Can you post a pic of what you mean by illuminated sills?
I've seen the illuminated Celsior sills before. But do the RX ones just say Lexus? That would be awesome.

unfortunately they do not, i've experimented it. I have been trying to get measurements from other lexus models to see which one would be closest to match.

you are correct, the white really does pop tho as opposed to the older orange color. but the orange does match the footwell and door handle ambient lighting.

On my RX,all is white and not yellow filament bulb look after my LED 5K bulb swaps and the sill match perfectly.
