probably starter. the starter is under the manifold, so there is no way to bump something. oil change is filter at the bottom and fill at the top. Unless they were having a stomp party on top of your manifold, but that would be highly unlikely

If you are at 132,000 miles and $200 for a starter is your biggest expense, you need to be looking at the $1400 expense of a timing belt because if you dont (it was due at 90K OR 9 years. You are substantially past BOTH deadlines.) you might have to replace the engine NEXT when the belt fails and the engine explodes.
