Just bought a LS430
Just picked up a 04 ls430 ul. Got from original owner with every service record ever. 109k miles. Got a few problems, with the side mirrors and telegraphing steering wheel. Besides that everything's good.

Congratulations fellow 04 UL owner. Post some pics.
The side mirrors might just be the switch. You can pull it out, clean the contacts, and should come back to life. That is if we are talking about the mirror adjustment motors. The folding mirror assembly motors are the same as the door lock actuators and can be purchased for about $7 each.

Telescoping steering wheel, you mean.
Lots of write ups on cheap and easy fixes for these problems.
Been seeing quite a lot of these posts lately, maybe mods need to update and refresh the stickies for easier and more convenient access.
