lowering springs
When you use the Tanabe lowering springs do you use them on all four wheels?
Can you use the original shocks or are different shocks required with this set up?
has anybody used the coilovers from Bilstein with the adjustable height shocks?

I don't recommend having different shocks in the from than the rear, and it is simply due to the fact, because geometry. Different shocks will have different specs that will vary from other companies, even by a slight bit. That difference will throw off your cars geometry. It might wobble and handling will feel like *****.
Change all 4's together, that's what I would do.

As if they will work with your shocks, I can’t comment onthat. As usually the Shock and spring are developed to work together. It mayimprove or detreat your ride. Unless the springs are designed to work with theshocks.
As long as you are going to remove the shocks I will replacethe shocks insulators witch will be gone or almost gone at 100k miles. Due tousing soft rubber they don’t last forever. That is if you did not replace italready.
And see if there is any other busing or ball joints needreplacing, as long as you are tearing the suspension apart.
