Default Awesome LED trunk lights

I don't know this seller personally and have nothing to do with his sales, I am just a very happy customer wanting to spread the words on an awesome product for our LS430.

I got 2 of these LED lights..............light panel or light board is a more appropriate way to described it as each board contain 18 white LEDs. It is plug and play, it wedges in the stock light housing perfectly and boy they sure are bright, light up my trunk brightly.

I was still using my stock bulbs prior to this change, so the difference is night and day. But I can see how this light board is still much brighter then a normal LED bulb.

This is the same seller who made that awesome custom plug and play LED 3rd brake light.

^ + 1. The LED panels are custom fit into the two OEM trunk lights. They make a huge difference.

Hey JffGRY706, I got one set of LED turn signal mirror covers from a CL vendor. The other set I had to get from an overseas vendor because the CL vendor didn't have the original LED lens reflector anymore (which matches the turn signal prism-type OEM reflectors front and rear on the '04 - '06). They're pretty cool, and very functional, adding a margin of safety when turning corners, changing lanes in tight traffic and especially at night, providing over 180* of visible turn signal lighting. Since the mirrors are higher than the location of the front & rear turn signals, they are more visible too (from the front, side, and rear, as well as by a driver in front looking in his rear view mirrors). There are 5 LEDs in each and they perfectly match the amber color of the OEM turn signal lights. They give the car an updated appearance too, with the prism reflector which looks stock. You see many late model cars today have turn signals in the mirror covers as standard equipment.

I DIY installed them.

That's nice. It's cool how much detail you looked at.

Did you post any pics?

Thanks, here's a close-up pic ... don't want to hijack the OP's thread.

Warm, I got the 2nd set of JDM turn signal mirror covers from an overseas vendor on Alibaba. I have these on both of my '06's. ($125 for the pair delivered. Had them painted by my local paint guy for $100. Installed DIY. Gives the car a sporty and modern appearance, and very functional in traffic.) The first set I bought from a CL vendor, but when I tried to purchase a 2nd set from him, he couldn't obtain the LED reflector prism that identically matches the OEM front and rear turn signal background reflector assemblies. There are a few different types of these turn signal mirror covers out there if you Google. Some have a 2nd light inside the light bar assembly called a "position" light which I didn't like, and those don't match the OEM turn signal appearance. I'll update a different thread with pics of these when I have more time.

the trunk lights are okay, but the brake light is really awesome. I am not much of a DIY and don't have a paint guy so I will pass. really cool though. Thanks
