Default airsuspension conversion

When changing the rear shocks on ultra the rear seat and backrest have to be reomoved. I saw a video about the installation but it was for a base model.
With the ultra, is this a different procedure since it has the a/c and other controls in the rear armrest?

Check the sticky thread titled LS430 FAQ. A lot of links there. It's at the top.

I checked that already and it did not give me the answer I was looking for.
It detailed the cleaning of the LCD screen which made removal of the mainitems necessary.
I want to get at the top nuts for the rear strut and maybe not all the stuff that was mentioned in the tutorial needs to be removed.
anybody who has changed from air to coilover - please pm me
thanks
