Hey fellas,

Came accross to another new kind of a thing. Cameras on front bumper!!! ... I tried searching but couldnt find this mod anywhere, seems like no one here tried this mod. I found this in scrapyard of uae and a similar ls430 pic was uploaded in " Ultimate ls430 picture thread " but i guess no one noticed the camera.

Yup its like a 360 camera, ive got the whole setup from a right hand celsior. Ill b working on it in sometimes.
Has anyone seen something like this before?
Do we have a discussion thread on this topic?

i don't think it's interesting or vary usfful. The new systems have the camreah under the side rare mirro on bothe sides to give u a full viow of both sides of your vehicle.

Would look better if it was on the front part of the bumper in my opinion

The reason of having it on the side is because it is installed on both sides to provide the side views. Front we can install as an additional.

Those latest side mirror cameras are no doubt amazing but i dont think this is bad either.

Having a sensor warn you if a vehicle is in your blind-spot is a nice feature. Looking at a camera image is distracting and takes your attention away from the road and vehicles in front of you. You can't look at both. Kind of like the new Honda vehicles with a camera mounted under the passenger mirror. Neat feature but I think it can be dangerous as people would be staring at the screen instead and a quick glance and noticing a red light or something similar.
