Default Do I need Leveling sensor on non air suspension car

my leveling sensor bracket war broke when I bought the car. (rear drivers side) I went to remove it and have it re-welded, but the left pin looks like its broke off. So I assume the sensor is ruined.

Of course a replacement is $250-$350?!?!

Do we need a leveling sensor? My headlights do not adjust up and down BTW- I wasnt sure if the sensor drove this action.

Part number is lexus 8940850060.

Yes this sensor works in conjunction with another one on the front side and keeps the headlights leveled when driving. If any one of these are faulty, it will disable the system and usually point the lights down and/or you may get the AFS indicator flashing. I know this from experience.
